It was 2018, I went to meet my parents. Reached home with all fun and happiness. Few days later we were taking out old suitcases of dad and found some letters and pictures of him.

So we all sat together and looking at my dad’s picture when he was young. That’s where I felt something.

I saw my dad in tears. I have never seen him cried even when his dad died. It was the picture taken in 1980’s when my dad was doing his Bachelor’s(might be at age of 23 to 25).

That’s the day I realised the quote “A picture worth thousand words” is really true.

Memories are everything in life. You cannot bring back those moments. People in world roam around and save their each and every happy moments in pictures. Nowadays even when we used to look at our gallery and swipe to older images, we feel something when we look at our younger images. We will think, we used to be like this and that where those moments you cannot recreate.

You cannot recreate memories. You cannot go back to same world and get that happiness or whatever. But what are we talking about is 5 years or 8 years.

Think when we grew older, like 20 years from now. When we see those images of our younger time, we cry. Those tears are the memories we saved in life. We might be sitting with kids/grandkids showing our younger images to them telling we used to be like that and this at those times.

Life is running very fast isn’t it?

Remember, this is one life we have. Save the memories. Save the happiness. We cannot get these moments again. Throw away your sadness. It’s not going to last long forever. The only thing which last long is…….. Our Memories.

Like they say “A Picture worth thousand words”
