It was a post breakfast time.

I was at class 6. We were in a post Christmas mood with all family together making lunch. And we got a call from my aunt who stays near coastal.

She said “Black water at massive height coming towards us from the sea when we are coming back from church”

The day whole world should never forget.

The day which took away 2 million of our families, friends and neighbours.

Great Tsunami 2004, 26th December.

People lost lives. People lost shelters. Crying to the heaven up and seeking for help.

It entered massively and rested back after two days. Millions and millions of people were faded.

When we take the earth for granted, when we cut trees and deforest, when we put holes inside land and do research, when we blast places and check who is powerful.

The only thing which is powerful was Earth.

It gave us space, It gave us freedom, It gave us water, It gave us love, It gave us families, It gave us friends.

But most importantly It gave us life which we never thought.

Don’t take earth for granted. Let’s make earth happy, so it gives you everything you want.
