Doing something too much is always a problem.


You take anything in your life. You overeat, it’s a problem. You over drink fresh juice, it’s a problem. You over-consume any beverages, it’s a problem.


OVER affects Physically and also Mentally.


There is a quote “Do it, Don’t OVER Do it”.


You OVER do something, you will end up in a mess. It includes…

OVER Thinking

OVER Playing

OVER Eating

OVER Working

OVER Money

OVER Habitual

OVER Friends

OVER Affection

OVER Love

OVER Care and more…

Ok. If you got stuck in such kind of OVER loop already, How to OVERcome that?

Few methods that I have observed from a Productivity tool that I OVER used.


1. Split your work. Break it into different modes.

2. Keep yourself busy with different things, not one thing.

3. Spend your time properly but split your time wisely.

So that you will not get attached to one thing OVERly.

Yes, Our eyes close our brains too. We will be brain-blinded. We will not listen to anything or anyone. We will just go blindly behind one particular thing OVERly attached.  Another method to OVERcome is to ask for Help. People help people.   If your friend or someone you are close to, got stuck in this OVER-loop, make them understand. Help them. If they are over to you also, Make them realize and help to come out of it.  This OVER kills people too. So come out of this soon. Change, Help.
